On the left sleeve is a square patch that is black with a red border and in the center is a white skull and crossbones (or possibly a skull and crossed arrows). Appears to be wearing a white, collared shirt under the coat. Gray backpack with a black panel (or pocket?) on the left side. Gray or khaki (?) pants.
