Stars and stripes cowboy hat. Very short dark hair. Short, brown, graying beard and mustache. Black US flag gaiter. Silver necklace with a silver cross. Black Columbia jacket. Under that is a black t-shirt with white writing that says "Not Today Liberal" on the front and has a capitol letter "H" on the right sleeve. Black pants. Dark footwear. Recorded holding a smartphone with a gray case, and apparently used it a lot.
